Restored Grace - Wild Yam Tallow Balm

$25.00

Balance, soothe, and support—naturally. This hormone-honoring balm is crafted with intention using rich, nourishing ingredients known for their calming and restorative properties.

Infused with wild yam and chaste tree (vitex) in jojoba oil, this blend is designed to support skin and body harmony. Castor oil and beeswax add deep hydration and barrier protection, while a hint of ylang-ylang essential oil promotes calm and grounding.

Formulated with our signature grass-fed tallow base, this balm melts into the skin to support cyclical balance, ease tension, and nurture with every use.

Perfect for massage on the lower abdomen, chest, or inner wrists as part of your daily ritual.

Faithfully handcrafted. Hormone-conscious. Rooted in natural wellness.

How to Use Wild Yam Cream:

General Use (Regular Menstrual Cycle)

  • Count the first day of your period as Day 1.

  • Do not apply the cream from Day 1 to Day 7.

  • From Day 8, apply a small amount (2 fingertips full) morning and night, rotating between:

    • Neck

    • Breasts

    • Inner upper arms

    • Belly

    • Inner thighs

  • Continue applying until your next period begins, then restart the cycle as above.

Irregular Cycles/Perimenopause:

  • If your cycle is irregular or unpredictable, choose any day to begin and count it as Day 8.

  • Apply morning and night as described under “General Use” until Day 28 or until your period starts—whichever comes first.

  • Pause application during your period (Day 1 to Day 7), then restart from Day 8.

  • If your period doesn’t come by Day 28, stop use for 7 days, then begin again from Day 8.

  • If your period starts early, stop use, count that as Day 1, pause for 7 days, and resume from Day 8.

Menopausal/Postmenopausal Women:

  • Create your own cycle using a journal or calendar.

  • Count the first day you apply as Day 8.

  • Apply morning and night from Day 8 to Day 28, then take a 7-day break.

  • Repeat monthly.

  • For additional symptom support (e.g., hot flashes, headaches, night sweats), apply a pea-sized amount to the inside of your wrists as needed.

Teens:

  • If cycles are regular, follow the “General Use” instructions.

  • If cycles are still becoming regular, follow the “Irregular Cycle/Perimenopause” instructions.
