What is Mustard Seed Naturals?
-We’re a faith-based, veteran-owned business offering handcrafted, small-batch skincare made with tallow, organic herbs, and clean, natural ingredients. Inspired by Matthew 17:20, we believe small beginnings rooted in faith can grow into something beautiful.

Are your products handmade?
-Yes! Every product is handcrafted in small batches with prayer, care, and intention.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
-Yes, our formulas are made with sensitive skin in mind. Still, we always recommend patch testing before full use.

What is tallow, and why do you use it?
-Tallow is rendered fat from grass-fed cows. It’s rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K and closely resembles the structure of our natural skin oils—making it ideal for deep nourishment, moisture, and repair.

Do you use essential oils in everything?
-No, not all of our products contain essential oils. We use premium-grade essential oils and/or herb-infused oils (herbal infusions), carefully selected to serve a specific purpose in each formulation. Some products are made without essential oils—perfect for those who prefer unscented options. All ingredients are always clearly listed for transparency.

Where do you ship?
-We ship throughout the United States and offer free local pickup in Lake Elsinore, CA. You can select local pickup at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
-Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location but usually take 3–7 days.

What payment methods do you accept?
-We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
-Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please email us within 7 days so we can make it right.
